Vik The Chef is a sugar artist from Toronto, Ontario with a background in Professional Culinary cuisine. Her cakes feature hand made sugar flowers and highly detailed custom designs. In 2011 she participated as an assistant on the Canadian filmed Cake Walk TV series, achieving a first place win against two other teams.
