Our videos should play on any device using just about any browser. But in case you encounter any problems, here are some troubleshooting tips:
- Try switching your browser and make sure that the latest version is installed.
- Update to latest version of Flash player.
- Close other browsers, programs or applications that may be using the computer's resources.
- Disable ad blocking software.
- Refreshing the page or clearing your cache may help.
- Reboot your computer and modem.
- If you have a slow or busy Internet connection:
- Let the video fully load before playing (hit the play button, then pause it until the gray bar to the right of that button totally loads).
- Turn the HD button off in the video player.
- Play the video on the smaller screen.
- Watch during a time of the day when your Internet network is less busy with traffic.
