Hi I'm Helen and I live in West Sussex, England with my husband and 3 children.
I started up Hetty's Cake House at the beginning of 2013 after attending some local sugarcraft courses and like most others, got that cake bug!
Pretty cookies and cakes are my passion and I do like to try and think up new ways of incorporating current trends into different cakes.
As much as I'm inspired by and in awe of many incredible cake artists, where possible I like to draw my own inspiration from sources other than cakes. I find this is a good way to achieve unique results.
I am absolutely thrilled to be asked to be on the SugarEd team and I really hope you enjoy the tutorial.
