My name is Jeanette Saunders. I am 49 years old and a mother of 4 and grandmother of 7.  I was a Animal control officer for 5 years. I moved to take care of my disabled mother, and became interested in cake decorating when I started working at a local grocery store. So I went from basic buttercream to custom fondant and buttercream cakes. I opened my own Etsy shop 2 years ago for fondant cupcake and cake toppers. My Facebook and Etsy shop name is FancySugaronTop . Once I started working with fondant I was hooked.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Orange Cranberry Cake WASC

17 oz. White Box cake
1 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup sugar
3 Eggs
3/4 Cup Orange juice
1/2 Cup Water
1-2 Teaspoon Lorann Orange Emulsion
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Stick melted butter
1 Cup Sour Cream
6oz. fresh cranberries roughly chopped (not too much) tossed in 2 Tablespoons of flour.

 

This make 2 full 8" by 2" round cakes. Sift dry ingredients in a large bowl.  Whisk all wet ingredients together.  Add wet ingredients to the dry and beat for 2 minutes. Then fold in your Cranberries.

Bake at 325 until done.
